Three Fronts of Life

26 Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness. They will rule the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the livestock, the whole earth, and the creatures that crawl on the earth.”

27 So God created man

in his own image;

he created him in the image of God;

he created them male and female.

28 God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Rule the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, and every creature that crawls on the earth.”

Genesis 1:26-28

In decisions, there is often tension. Jacob Van Sickle points out three points of tension that are in most decisions and are helpful to consider and understand in decision making. What does the Lord have to say about these fronts and how should that affect our decisions?

This is the 5th of 6 sessions given by Jacob Van Sickle – Pastor of Sacred City Church in Providence, Rhode Island at Winter Retreat 2021.

Winter Retreat is a college conference hosted by Campus Fellowship in the scenic Rocky Mountains of Estes Park Colorado with the intent to enjoy four days of biblical teaching, authentic worship, and Christian fellowship. Each year we come together to exercise the routine of rest as we get away and get with God.
