Instead of waiting for these students to come to us, it’s time we, the church, go to them.
Crossroads
The college campus is a crossroads where students explore faith, identity, and purpose, making it a vital opportunity for the church to share the hope of the gospel and guide them toward God’s kingdom.
Amplification
The college campus is a strategic hub where the gospel can be amplified through authentic community and relationships, reaching a diverse and ever-renewing population with the light of Christ.
Multiplication
The campus is uniquely suited for multiplying disciples, where deep, intentional relationships lead students to become disciple-makers themselves, spreading the gospel both on campus and far beyond.

The university campus holds immense potential to shape future leaders and influence global culture, making it a critical battleground where the church must engage to fulfill the Great Commission.

Uniting college students with a local church community fosters a vibrant, multi-generational fellowship that energizes ministry and provides belonging and support for young believers.

College ministry is pivotal for sending out equipped leaders who will serve the church and advance God’s kingdom lifelong.
Our model
Optimizing God’s Word and God’s People to minister to believers and the lost.
God’s People and God’s Word are two essentials to any ministry, especially college ministry.
We work with churches to help them equip staff and volunteers to reach students with the gospel. We help spur on zealous evangelism, Bible-centered discipleship, student-led campus groups, leadership development, and the raising up of pastors, missionaries, and faithful church members.
We invest in churches and their staff to see students disciples, raised up, and sent out.
STUDENT TESTIMONIES
Leadership and Theological Training
Theological formation begins with The Gospel Class during a student’s first year (and sometimes every year) they are involved. Another class students will take to be equipped in making disciples is the Leadership Class. Both of theses classes are taught by the local church.
Often, churches that desire to reach college students have to choose between hiring staff who either (1) got a Bible-degree but didn’t go to the college they are trying to reach, or (2) was saved while a student but may still be figuring out where they stand theologically. In partnership with Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, we offer the staff from our partner churches four free classes that can count towards a Masters Degree.
