How will this year be different since we aren’t in Colorado?
We will ring in the New Year Thursday evening with a big party and on Friday evening we will have a night of volleyball, pickleball, basketball, and board games at the Prairie View Sports Complex in Ankeny. You will have the afternoon on Friday to spend time with friends exploring Des Moines. There’s outdoor ice skating, sledding at Capital Hill, tons of coffee shops, college bowl games, and plenty to go and see with your friends. We’ll have a list of fun things you can plan together closer to the conference, but you can always check out Catch Des Moines to learn more about all Des Moines has to offer.
In the popular 1989 movie Field of Dreams the character Ray Kinsell asked, “Is this Heaven?” to which his father replies, “No, It’s Iowa.” Though we aren’t in the mountains in Colorado this year, we hope that through hearing God’s Word and fellowshipping together that we will likewise experience a similar divine surprise in Iowa; God’s presence

Are high schoolers allowed?
Yes, but they will need a chaperone. Please download and fill out the the following form and email it to jacob.bennett@campusfellowship.com and the chaperone.
Are there refunds and can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Any requests for refunds made within 24 hours of registering will receive a full refund. After this, we will issue a 90% refund to cover transaction costs.
We work as best as we can to accommodate refunds as we are able. If you wish to cancel, please email jacob.bennett@campusfellowhsip.com.
- If you request cancelation on or before November 25th, you will receive a 90% refund to cover the transaction fees.
- If you request cancelation after November 25th, there are no guarantees and we will will work with you to try to find a reasonable solution. The is because after this date we will be signing a contract and be under obligation to pay the YMCA for your registration.
How are we getting there?
Please be in touch with your local campus director. Cost to travel is not included in the cost of the conference.
What do I bring?
Remember to bring a Bible, pen, toothbrush, tooth paste, pen, journal, athletic clothes, other clothes, toiletries, flashlight, and water bottle.
Where are we sleeping?
Contact your local campus director about housing accommodations. We have blocked off some hotel rooms but your campus director may be arranging housing with an Airbnb or other other accommodations.
