Nicodemus was close to the knowledge of God. He was a Pharisee, one who knew and memorized scriptures. He was looked up to in his community as one who knew all the answers to spiritual things. However he still sought out Jesus who was not afraid or intimidated to teach Jesus the truth.
Join us as we process an interaction between Nicodemus and Jesus. Jesus peels back Nicodemus’ false religious practice, self-salvation, and calls him to a change of heart through the act of being born again by “looking up” at Christ and rejecting all human effort to be made righteous before God.
